Sr Graphic Designer

• Incorporate brand values into content, and direct high-quality creative and brand design • Develop illustrations, logos and other content using design software • Implement knowledge of the latest trends in new media, design, advertising, and marketing in order to inform creative campaigns • Develop assets for social media engagement • Develop assets for websites that will lead to a higher conversion • Create supporting graphics across various media for A/B testing (social, web, etc.) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite • Proficient in major web based "Drag & Drop" web development programs • Ability to expand and build upon a simple creative brief • Ability to read creative briefs and convert to functional high performing design • Background in Keynote, Google Suite, Powerpoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom) • Understanding of management, transcription, and other administrative procedures • Demonstrates a focus on creating assets that convert, rather than solely focusing on aesthetics (Functional Design) • Create and measure content by conversion statistics and KPIs in order to enhance designs to meet goals • Understanding of print production and how to submit files to vendors to ensure quality production • Functional knowledge of ClickFunnels software • Competitive parental leave policy: 100% paid - 8 weeks for primary caregiver, and 4 weeks for secondary caregiver + 1 month remote for both • Employee wellness initiatives including a 100% paid for gym membership and access to discounts on local meal prep services • Professional Development through reimbursements for courses/certifications outside of CV, and a 10X Mentorship Program • Continued Education: we provide team members complete access to our range of educational resources valued at over $250,000 in areas such as Sales, Operations, People, Finance and Marketing • Uncapped Commission Potential: all of our team members have the opportunity to sell our Products/Services (and are trained on how to do so).
