This role blends creative vision with execution—developing elevated, sustainable packaging and product solutions that resonate with our customers across both retail and e-commerce. This position reports to the Director of Product Development and works closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to bring new products to life. · Lead design development—from mood boards and initial copy concepts to final production—creating elevated, sustainable packaging and PDQ displays that communicate product benefits and delight our customer · Expert in print production, materials, die‑lines, proofing, and vendor management.
