This is a hands-on role for a creative who thrives on developing original logo designs, signage and wayfinding concepts, environmental graphics, print, and digital. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Directors to deliver strategic, beautiful, and brand-forward creative solutions for multifamily properties. Logo Design and Visual Identity • Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop custom logo and stationery concepts for multifamily brands • Create concept presentations • Create logo packs, usage guides, define fonts and color palettes • Develop brand guides Print and Digital Design • Design collateral packages, websites, social graphics, and brand videos Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency or branding environments • Strong portfolio with an emphasis on logo design and branding • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) on Mac • Working knowledge of web design programs (Figma, Webflow, etc.)
