Role Overview The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and executing high-quality print and digital materials that are visually engaging and strategically sound. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute creative deliverables including print/digital layouts, infographics, icon/logo design, and web/email assets • Ensure work meets brand standards, communicates clearly, and is delivered on time • Prepare art and print files; source and edit images as needed • Present work internally and occasionally to clients • Maintain working knowledge of pharma-specific terminology and processes Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on design experience; strong portfolio required • Expertise in print and digital media; strong layout and infographic skills • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign; skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical device industries is a plus • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Bachelor's degree in design, communications, or related field
