Sr. Graphic Designer

You will be responsible for concepting and executing visually compelling design solutions that support the San Diego Padres’ brand, marketing, and digital initiatives. Design & Creative Execution • Concept, design, and produce high-quality visual assets across a wide range of platforms, including: • * Digital and social media graphics • Marketing and campaign creative • Game-day and ballpark visuals • Ticketing, promotions, and fan engagement initiatives • Community, special events, and brand moments • Translate creative direction and campaign goals into strong, on-brand design solutions • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative excellence and innovation • Execute work efficiently under tight deadlines, especially during the MLB season and offseason You will be required to meet the following: • Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • Minimum 5 years professional graphic design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a consumer-facing brand • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign • Able to work flexible hours including Padres home games, evenings, weekends, holidays, special events, and extended hours as needed • Able to travel as needed • Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish a plus • Minimum physical requirements: able to travel to and gain access to various areas of the ballpark for prolonged periods of time during games and events; able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds • As a condition of employment, you must successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills and any other factors the San Diego Padres considers relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
