Sr Graphic Designer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required): • Develop and design creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital, print, and multimedia platforms, including marketing materials, websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and more • Collaborate with the marketing team and product managers to develop visual assets that support business goals, while working under the guidance of the Creative Director to ensure design consistency • Lead the hands-on design of major projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timely delivery • Uphold and implement established brand guidelines across all channels, ensuring that every piece of collateral reinforces the company’s visual identity • Ability to present design ideas and concepts to marketing leadership and team members incorporating feedback to refine and improve creative outputs • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing work based on deadlines and business priorities • Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and software, applying best practices to keep the company’s creative output modern and competitive • Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and production companies, to ensure the highest quality of printed and digital assets • Ensure all visual content adheres to legal requirements and copyright regulations Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
