Look around your home, and you'll find us everywhere... • Develop creative concepts for packaging, print and digital design projects following and maintaining brand guidelines and design standards to ensure a consistent visual identity across different platforms and media channels within each brand • Manage and supervise design projects • Coordinate in-house photography and color correction (retouching) • Art direct external photo and video shoots • Maintain and organize our cloud-based smart server/DAM, following established processes • Proofread and check artwork for good composition and typography • Photograph and illustrate products as needed • Format graphics and photos for print and online assets, including color retouching of various subjects • Build and/or lead all aspects of 3D rendering requests and provide feedback to outside vendors • Manage and maintain images and files from outside vendors • Handle production of all print pieces from conception to completion • Some art direction required, including but not limited to photo shoots • Work with Assistant Art Director and Creative Director in creating and implementing design standards for various projects. Skills needed to be successful in this role: • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, and able to offer a variety of design solutions.
