Sr. Graphic Designer

• **To be considered for this role, all applicants must include a digital portfolio showcasing samples of completed design projects. Responsibilities: • Assist the brand maintenance and evolution of TMRW Sports and its related brands, guidelines and be a brand ambassador • Manage multiple design projects at a time from concept to completion • Translate marketing needs into innovative, highly dynamic, digital solutions • Contribute to high-level strategic planning around creative and brand projects, bringing fresh and forward-thinking approach to creative direction and content for campaigns, creative executions, and overall company/brand goals • Ideate and develop content for various media and executions, including motion graphics, interactive screens and digital signage, live show visuals, brand installations, merchandise, social media and user experiences • Work with vendors as applicable to execute traditional printing techniques • Partner closely with internal Digital and Social teams to bring ideas to life in meaningful and engaging ways that align with current trends and brands • Collaborate with internal Sales and Executive teams to prepare and deliver sales decks, pitches and mockups that are on brand and engaging • Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association • Other duties as assigned Requirements • 7+ years of experience working in a graphic design capacity in a professional creative production environment • Graphic design and execution experience in the sports industry • Strong understanding of current Social and Digital Media technologies and trends • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite, industry tools, technologies, and techniques • Proven track record of effectively collaborating cross-functionally with multiple leaders, including those in Marketing, Digital, Social, Sales, etc. TMRW Sports' first project, TGL presented by SoFi, is a primetime team golf league in partnership with the PGA TOUR that reaches 152 countries and territories worldwide and has been described as a "high-energy arena spectacle" by Vanity Fair, "pure entertainment" by GQ, and "golf's boldest new venture" by Fast Company. TMRW Sports is also developing plans for men's and women's professional flag football leagues in partnership with the National Football League and 32 Equity, the league's collective investment vehicle.
