Lead the design and production of marketing collateral — brochures, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, presentations, and other print and digital assets from concept through deliveryCreate trade show, event, collateral, and layout designs — developing booth concepts, environmental graphics, and multi-channel materials that deliver cohesive, on-brand experiencesDevelop brand identity assets — including logos, iconography, and visual systems that strengthen internal and external initiativesChampion brand consistency — partnering with content, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure a compelling and unified brand presence across all channelsElevate creative excellence — staying current on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices while bringing forward ideas that strengthen our work5+ years of graphic design experience focused on marketing, branding, and corporate communicationsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create polished, custom presentations quicklyStrong portfolio showcasing work across brand, print, digital, and marketing materialsExperience creating trade show and event assets, marketing collateral, and complex print and digital layouts, with a strong understanding of brand consistency across formatsWorking knowledge of web design and digital design principlesAbility to present and defend creative decisions clearly and confidently to stakeholders Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skillsPassion for thoughtful, mission-driven design that creates meaningful impactPortfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work; experience with K–12 or education-focused projects is a plusVideo editing is a plus The expected base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $86,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.
