Physician's Choice is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This isn't a role for someone who wants to clock in and execute a queue — we need a sharp, proactive designer who brings ideas to the table, understands the full scope of our brand, and can move fluidly across packaging, digital, social, and e-commerce.You'll work closely with our packaging lead to ensure seamless coverage and consistency across all product lines, while also owning digital and social creative from concept to delivery. To apply, please submit your resume and a portfolio link.What You'll Own:Social & Paid DigitalDesign high-performing creative for social media (organic and paid) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and PinterestProduce digital ad creative for paid campaigns, including static, motion, and carousel formatsCollaborate with marketing to understand campaign goals and translate them into thumb-stopping visualsAmazon & E-CommerceCreate and optimize Amazon listing assets including main images, lifestyle imagery, infographics, A+ Content, and brand storefront pagesDesign product detail page content with conversion in mind — you understand what makes a shopper click Add to CartGenerate and test digital product renders using AI tools and traditional design workflowsBrand StewardshipBe a guardian of the Physician's Choice brand — ensure consistency across every touchpoint, from packaging to digital to retailHelp evolve and document brand standards as the company growsPartner with cross-functional teams to educate on brand guidelines and push back (kindly) when standards are at riskPhoto & Video Art DirectionArt direct or assist on photo and video shoots — from shot lists and mood boards to on-set directionLeverage AI image generation tools to produce lifestyle and product imagery at speedManage and edit assets post-shoot, ensuring final deliverables are on-brand and production-readyLaunch Planning & Growth MindsetProactively plan creative timelines around product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments — don't wait to be told what's comingBring new ideas forward: emerging design trends, tools, platform formats, or brand opportunities you've spottedTake ownership of your craft — seek feedback, iterate, and push the work to be better every timePackagingServe as the go-to backup for our packaging lead — ready to step in and own the work at any time with no drop in quality or momentumMaintain deep familiarity with all active packaging systems, templates, dielines, and production specs so handoffs are seamlessSupport packaging projects as needed, from concepting new SKUs to preparing print-ready filesWhat We're Looking For5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacityExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma a plusHands-on experience designing Amazon listings and A+ Content with a clear understanding of conversion-focused designExperience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) In just 8 years, we have become the #1 Probiotic Brand in the US.
