Sr. Graphic Designer

Our marine recreation and technology client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to help bring integrated marketing and brand campaigns to life from concept through completion. This role partners closely with creative leadership, marketing stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual solutions across digital, print, motion, social, experiential, and out-of-home channels. The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling to deliver high-quality creative work that supports business objectives. The BasicsDuration: about 4 monthsHours per Week: 40 hours/weekLocation Requirements: Hybrid, ideally 2 days in office in Mettawa, IL or Chicago Loop location. 8+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, design firm, or freelance environmentAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create and execute designs across multiple channels and formatsProven ability to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts while managing multiple projects and deadlinesOther QualificationsStrong presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain creative concepts and design rationaleExperience developing brand identity, campaign creative, product launch materials, digital advertising, presentations, signage, and related marketing assetsAbility to adapt designs across digital, print, social media, events, and other marketing channelsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality controlStrong understanding of branding principles and maintaining consistency across all customer touchpointsExperience with motion design tools such as After Effects is preferredBachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field preferred Key ResponsibilitiesLead or contribute to design projects from concept development through final deliveryInterpret creative briefs and develop visual solutions that address business and marketing needsTranslate strategic objectives into engaging, on-brand creative conceptsExecute designs across digital, print, motion, paid social, out-of-home, and experiential marketing channelsCreate a wide range of marketing assets including brand identity materials, product launch campaigns, digital advertisements, presentations, and signageAdapt and optimize creative assets for various platforms and audience needsReview projects for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standardsBuild a deep understanding of brand positioning and effectively communicate brand personality through designMaintain consistency across all creative touchpoints and marketing communicationsPresent creative concepts to stakeholders and articulate design decisions and recommendationsCollaborate closely with creative, digital, performance marketing, and brand teams to ensure successful project executionManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectationsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
