The Mission Xyngular is seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute all visual design initiatives across digital platforms and product packaging. This role requires a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail, ensuring brand consistency and delivering compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities Digital Design: Develop and produce high-quality digital assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content that aligns with campaign objectives. Ensure all digital designs are optimized for user experience and adhere to best practices in responsive design. Packaging Design Lead the design process for product packaging from concept to production, ensuring designs are both functional and visually appealing. Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure packaging designs meet manufacturing specifications and brand guidelines. Stay updated on packaging trends and materials to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance product presentation and sustainability. Brand Consistency Maintain and evolve the company\'s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality. Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure all internal and external communications reflect the brand\'s ethos. Collaboration & Leadership Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment consistent with our team culture. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align design strategies with business objectives. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and packaging design projects. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with 3D rendering software and prototyping tools is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and production processes for both digital and print mediums. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Attributes Experience in consumer goods or retail industries. Familiarity with sustainable packaging practices. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
