Sr. Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer ContractorWork Arrangement: On-site Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays Long term contractJob Overview: We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our client's Digital Experience (DX) Team and bring their brand to life across digital media, focusing on web and user interface (UI) design. As a contractor, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. Design Art... Director and Associate Creative Director to create a variety of design assets, including design system components, web banners, web pages, standalone graphics, illustrations, wireframes, and presentations. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who excels in managing multiple tasks and enjoys being part of a team. Key Qualifications: • 4-5 years of experience in web-based graphic design with a portfolio/samples • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with UX Designers and Developers • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Exceptional design aesthetics, attention to detail, and organizational skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently • Strong presentation and communication abilities • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms (Commerce/Experience/Marketing Clouds) is a plus • Experience with internal Design Systems, especially Salesforce Lightning and Google Material 3, is advantageous • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is preferred Responsibilities: • Work with team members (strategy, UX, content, IT/Dev) to develop conceptual designs for digital platforms and tools, especially eCommerce websites • Support the DX team with visual and competitive research for projects • Collaborate with copywriters, UX designers, and IT partners to produce final designs/products • Create designs primarily in digital media, iconography, and presentations, with potential for social and print designs • Conduct research, create mood boards, design concept options, design presentation documents, web layouts, logos/icons, and illustrations, and assist the DX Sr Graphic Art Director • Ensure designs meet minimum accessibility standards (WCAG
