Full Job DescriptionSr Graphic DesignerPosition OverviewOur multicultural agency is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team in a full-time capacity. This is a remote role where ET and CT based candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs for presentations, social media campaigns, and have a traditional design education. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver outstanding design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually compelling designs for print and digital media using tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Develop engaging graphics and animations for video content utilizing After Effects.Design and enhance presentation materials in Google Slides and PowerPoint to support internal and external communications.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices in design to continuously enhance the quality of work.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in agency setting.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Google Slides, and PowerPoint.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.Knowledge and extensive use of Artificial Intelligence tools such as Midjourney, Dall-e, or Firefly.
