Opportunity

Ann Sacks is seeking a Sr Graphic Designer with a strong focus on digital design and ecommerce UI/UX. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and user experience. This position will play a key role in shaping cohesive brand experiences across ecommerce platforms, marketing campaigns, and showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Design Systems & Brand Development
• Develops and maintains scalable design systems and component libraries
• Ensures consistency across all digital and physical brand touchpoints
• Contributes to corporate brand evolution, guidelines, and visual standards
• Establishes typography, color, layout, and UI standards

Digital Marketing & Performance Creative
• Designs high-performing email campaigns (blast, transactional and triggered)
• Creates paid social ad sets with a focus on performance optimization
• Develops landing pages, including blogs, category landing pages, and homepages
• Produces digital display ads, banners, and campaign assets
• Partners with Digital Marketing Manager to iterate based on performance data

Showroom & Experiential Design
• Conceptualizes and design showroom visuals and in-store brand experiences
• Develops large-format graphics, wall treatments, signage, and displays
• Designs point-of-sale materials, product signage, and branded installations
• Ensures brand consistency across digital and physical retail environments
• Collaborates with sales and merchandising to bring concepts to life

UI/UX & Ecommerce
• Supports the design of new user-centered interfaces for ecommerce website (homepage, PDP, PLP, cart, checkout, account flows, etc.)
• Post-launch, optimizes digital experiences for conversion, usability, and accessibility
• Collaborates closely with developers, product teams, and marketing stakeholders
• Conducts design QA to ensure proper execution

Print & Omnichannel Assets

Designs print collateral (brochures, magazine ads, catalogs, and more)

Oversees print production and vendor coordination when needed

Oversee Contract Staff
• Directs freelance production artists and designers on the creation of deliverables, particularly authored pages for the website

Other duties as assigned by supervisor or business needs.

Skills/Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience designing high-performing digital experiences, building scalable design systems, and translating corporate branding into compelling visual assets across multiple channels, including digital, print, and physical showroom environments. This role requires skills to engage collaboratively with others, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred but not required. Candidates with a variety of educational backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong digital portfolio
• Proven ecommerce UI/UX experience
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and conversion optimization
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first layouts
• Familiarity with email design best practices and performance marketing creative
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 AAA and AA guidelines
• Experience designing large-format or environmental graphics for retail/showrooms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency using Microsoft or similar office products is required.

This means you'll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $75,350 - $114,450. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
