You will work closely with the Creative Director and ACDs to hone your skills both in terms of the creative process and in strengthening your own instincts for creative solution creation and high-performance team interaction. Have knowledge of online, print, broadcast media and the fundamentals of marketing and sales. Work directly with all team members in the Creative to support creative projects to understand B2B creative opportunities/challenges and deliver conceptual and elegant approaches. Have a desire for feedback and constructive criticism of work with the goal of continued growth and improvement. The devil is there and so must be your attention to detail.
