Work collaboratively to produce cutting-edge designs reflecting Under Armour’s DNA and brand-standardsPrepare and present conceptual ideas based on trend-insight and sneaker cultureCreate Under Armour graphics and logos uniquely designed for new footwear modelsBuild and manage footwear technical files for factory productionInteract across multiple footwear groups, including Product Managers, Merchandisers, Footwear Design and Footwear Development & MaterialsDemonstrate flexibility/adaptability, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task projects within overlapping timelines Strong design-taste in typography, branding & identity, and footwear graphic applicationPassion for story-telling and the ability to translate concepts into unique footwear designsLove for sport, sneaker culture, limited edition & custom athlete footwear (“PEs”)An appreciation and understanding of color-theory, art and culture as it pertains to fashion & trendA self-motivator with an intrinsic curiosity to inspire and create fearlesslyMeticulous attention to detail with an emphasis in clean work-flow and design file managementExperience multi-tasking under tight deadlines while not sacrificing design quality and accuracyExcellent communication skills, comfortable operating in large and small presentation-settingsA team player that is equally adept working independently and in a dynamic team environmentBA, BFA in Graphic Design, Color Design or Industrial DesignExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite5-7 years of relevant sports / branding / footwear design experienceAn advanced understanding of footwear construction & materials Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
