Sr. Graphic Designer (Hybrid- Hunt Valley, MD)

We are seeking a Senior-Level Contract Graphic Designer to support the Condiments & Sauces business during a period of increased project volume. This position will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer (Condiments & Sauces) and collaborate with designers across the broader portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Execute packaging design projects across foundational and evolutionary tiers from concept adaptation to production release • Ensure brand consistency and design excellence across a variety of SKUs, formats, and packaging types • Provide peer-level design feedback to support team quality and workflow • Apply creative judgment while maintaining brand integrity during system rollouts across product portfolios • Collaborate with senior design leadership during reviews and check-ins on strategic design work • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, and Production to deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork • Support a collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented team environment • Escalate questions or deviations from brand guidelines when needed • Provide peer review support to help maintain high-quality deliverables across the team Required Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or related field • 5 7 years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, or beverage industries • Strong knowledge of packaging design principles and production processes • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Box • Ability to interpret and execute within established brand systems with precision and consistency • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple teams • Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail • Contracting Period: 6 months (there will be chance to renew and even potentially at some point hire dependent on work volume and fit) • Job Location: Hunt Valley, MD • Contract Rate: $35-40/hr.
