This role blends creative vision with execution—developing elevated, sustainable packaging and product solutions that resonate with our customers across both retail and e-commerce. This position reports to the Director of Product Development and works closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to bring new products to life. ·Collaborate with the Director of Product Development, co-founders, and cross-functional teams to define goals, align strategy, and manage timelines for each product launch ·Lead design development—from mood boards and initial copy concepts to final production—creating elevated, sustainable packaging and PDQ displays that communicate product benefits and delight our customer ·Manage vendor relationships, dielines, material selection, proofing, and prototypes to ensure high-quality, print-ready output—making sure work is on time and on cost. ·6–8+ yrs in packaging/graphic design for CPG, lifestyle, or home/garden brands; portfolio shows best‑in‑class work.
