Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for independently developing sophisticated creative concepts and producing high-quality visual communications that support the Company's brand, marketing strategy, sales initiatives, and business objectives. This position translates strategic marketing objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual solutions across digital and traditional media, including integrated campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, digital graphics, animations, and other brand communications. As a senior individual contributor, the Senior Graphic Designer provides creative leadership on assigned projects, serves as a subject-matter resource for visual standards and design best practices, and provides functional guidance to other creative resources while partnering with the Creative Manager to maintain brand consistency, elevate creative quality, and improve creative processes.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Independently lead the concept development, design, and production of complex creative projects across digital and traditional media, including integrated campaigns, advertisements, sales collateral, posters, digital graphics, animations, presentations, and other marketing materials.Translate marketing strategies, business objectives, audience insights, and creative briefs into original visual concepts and sophisticated creative solutions.Develop and present original campaign concepts, visual directions, and design approaches for major marketing initiatives.Provide creative leadership on assigned projects from initial concept development through final execution and delivery.Exercise advanced professional judgment in determining visual approaches appropriate for different audiences, products, campaigns, and communication channels.Maintain and champion established brand identity standards and ensure consistent and appropriate application of brand assets across creative deliverables.Interpret brand guidelines and determine effective creative applications when projects or communication channels require solutions not specifically addressed by existing standards.Serve as a subject-matter resource to internal stakeholders regarding visual identity, brand application, design standards, typography, composition, production practices, and creative execution.Provide functional guidance, design feedback, and creative support to junior designers, contractors, agencies, or other creative resources as assigned.Review creative work and provide constructive recommendations regarding design quality, brand consistency, visual communication, and production readiness.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, deliverables, timelines, and business priorities.Partner with the Creative Manager to establish project priorities, manage competing deadlines, allocate creative resources, and maintain overall quality of creative output.Present creative concepts and articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively during creative reviews, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity, brand consistency, and alignment with established project objectives.Manage assigned projects through all phases of the creative process, including discovery, ideation, concept development, design, revision, production, quality assurance, and final delivery.Ensure final deliverables meet applicable brand standards, technical specifications, production requirements, and quality expectations.Identify potential creative, production, or timeline issues and proactively recommend solutions.Maintain organized creative files, templates, brand assets, and other design resources in accordance with established standards.Stay current with emerging design trends, creative technologies, software, artificial intelligence tools, production methods, and evolving visual communication practices.Evaluate emerging tools and creative approaches and recommend opportunities to enhance creative quality, capabilities, and efficiency.Identify and implement opportunities to improve creative workflows, asset management, collaboration, production efficiency, and design consistency.Support the development and refinement of creative standards, templates, design systems, and other resources that improve scalability and brand consistency.Perform other related duties as assigned in support of marketing initiatives and brand development.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.As a senior individual contributor, the Senior Graphic Designer may provide functional guidance, mentoring, design feedback, and technical support to junior designers, contractors, agencies, and other creative resources. These responsibilities do not include formal personnel-management authority unless specifically assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in progressive professional graphic design or visual communication..Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in progressive professional graphic design or visual communication, including demonstrated experience independently managing complex creative projects and integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in eMobility, consumer electronics, or powersports.Professional portfolio demonstrating advanced capabilities in visual concept development, graphic design, typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, brand identity, digital design, and integrated campaign development required.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience with motion graphics, animation, video production, or related digital creative applications strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to translate strategic marketing objectives, audience considerations, and creative briefs into original concepts and polished visual communications.Experience developing creative concepts and visual directions for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats.Advanced understanding of brand identity systems and demonstrated experience interpreting and applying brand standards across diverse creative applications.Experience providing creative guidance, design critique, or mentorship to other designers or creative resources preferred.Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex creative projects from concept development through final production.Strong understanding of print and digital production requirements, typography, composition, color theory, image selection, visual hierarchy, and contemporary design practices.Ability to present creative concepts, articulate design rationale, and influence creative decisions with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to creative quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.Experience within consumer products, powersports, automotive, technology, lifestyle, or other brand-driven industries preferred.Strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, execution capability, and a results-oriented approach.Experience working in a multinational company within an international team is a plus.Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Physical Demands:

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and detailed visual work. The position requires frequent use of professional design software and standard office equipment and may occasionally require handling product samples, printed materials, displays, or other creative assets. The employee must be able to effectively participate in meetings, presentations, creative reviews, photo or video production activities, and collaborative work sessions.
