As a Graphic Designer, you will be mainly responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for our digital marketing platforms. You’ll get to collaborate with other talented designers and help shape the visual identity of our brand through digital advertising. You Will: • Concept, design, and iterate on static and video ad campaigns across product categories • Have ownership of the creative strategy behind your assigned product category as it relates to performance marketing • Create shot lists and art direction for capturing new content in our studio in NYC, as well as the opportunity to attend those shoots in-person and photograph the content yourself • Help build a scalable, systems-first approach to designing ads in Figma, in order to create and optimize an efficient workflow. • Work cross functionally with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to help maintain a constant flow of digital marketing assets • Manage various projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of design • Stay up-to-date on current advertising trends and suggest concepts that push our brand forward and effectively engage our target audience • Be comfortable working independently and trusted to take a proactive approach to your tasks • Keep in mind, our design team is growing and we encourage a curious mindset that allows you to shape your role into one that’s focused on where your interests and business needs intersect!
