The Contractor shall use Government-specified technology to produce graphic design content, cartographic products, and interactive web content. The Contractor shall provide design consultation services for all Government and Contractor analysts in SOCOM JICSOC, Providing Design Options to best illustrate Analytic Assessments. Develop interactive and multimedia content, to include but not limited to web-based, Video, and audio in support Of defense intelligence needs. Provide interactive graphics and multimedia web products to replace static pdf and print graphics. The Contractor, at a minimum, shall routinely (at least 90 percent of the time) solicit feedback from SOCOM JICSOC Teams SIAS to ensure synchronization between SIAS and analysts and implement means for determining how users interact with multimedia graphics and for improving future graphics.
