POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Sr. Graphics Designer and Creative Operations Lead at LJA Public Engagement Division, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs for community outreach and public involvement campaigns with branding and communication materials for print, digital and web while mentoring junior team members and managing design work. Take ownership of design projects, managing them from concept to final delivery with quality and consistency, including delegating work to production assistant/junior designer and freelance/contract help Manage professional printing orders and ensuring print quality, as well as screen and partner with vendors for special projects i.e. photography and video shoots, livestream web event production, etc. At LJA, we’re 100% employee-owned.
