The Senior Designer will also help apply and evolve branding guidelines.What You'll DoDesign Expertise:Create visually compelling designs for digital assets, presentations, marketing collateral, tradeshow support, and branding materials.Develop innovative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project goals, maintaining corporate identity and design standards.Develop creative for cross-channel campaigns to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and brand consistency.Design and optimize website layouts to enhance user experience, reflecting current design trends.Collaborate with web developers to implement functional, aesthetically pleasing design solutions aligned with SEO principles.Basic knowledge of HTML for email design and development.Proficient in Figma for designing digital assets across platforms.Working knowledge of short-form animation for marketing and social media.Present design work to stakeholders, supporting with rationales and competitive analysis.Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with staff and vendors.Collaboration and Project Management:Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.Supervision and Leadership:Train and provide art direction for junior designers, reviewing their work for quality.Work independently under broad supervision.Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior management and across teams.What You'll BringStay updated with industry trends in design, UI/UX, video production, and editing software.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Experience with web-based graphic design and email/landing pages in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot preferred.Required Figma experience.Proficient in creating engaging visual content with tools like Canva.Excellent communication, proofreading, and editing skills.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.5+ years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.Experience in video editing and production, understanding videography principles.The pay range for this role is $75,375.00 - $100,475.00.
