Sr. Manager, Visual Design (Direct-to-Consumer)

Manager, Visual Design to drive visual execution across the Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast DTC ecosystem — from ecommerce storefronts and mobile merchandising to paid social, email, and campaign landing pages — shaping how fans experience and shop our brands online. This is a player/coach role where you'll grow a team of designers while staying hands-on for key launches and high-visibility moments! ### Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting high-growth DTC or ecommerce businesses • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and rapid iteration cycles • Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems • Experience with motion design or video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut — with additional skills in 3D or illustration a plus • Experience working across multiple brands or franchise portfolios Hasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment.
