Description: • Supports multifamily capital markets groups based in Oklahoma, Wichita, Kansas, and Northwest Arkansas including investment sales, land sales, and debt and structured finance • Project management across multiple groups, including marketing, analysts, and brokers to ensure project deadlines are met • Designs, prepares, and writes content for pitches, presentations, and property marketing collateral • Follows Newmark branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials • Performs up-to-date market research • Researches, writes, designs and produces comprehensive multifamily market research reports • Creates and manages listing websites, marketing campaigns, and sold announcements • Assists with press releases for closed deals, working closely with regional leadership and corporate communications to distribute • Stays in front of design and marketing trends to help generate brand awareness and ahead of competitors • Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours for listings • Responds to inquiries from clients and provides information as needed • Reports to Regional Director of Marketing • Other administrative duties as needed Responsibilities: • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Superior grammatical and writing abilities • Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Outlook and Excel) • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience creating marketing pitches, presentations, property marketing collateral, websites/landing pages, digital and print advertisements, social media marketing, etc.
