Qualifications for Internal Candidates • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, polished deliverables • Exceptional design and creative skills with mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) • Strong analytical and research skills, able to synthesize data into actionable, visually compelling insights • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, using judgment and initiative to keep projects moving • Collaborative team player who can work across groups while maintaining a high standard of output • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to elevate challenges with thoughtful recommendations • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry • Video editing/creation using Premiere Pro • Experience with CRM/database platforms for real estate management, including listing websites • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana and other workflow templates • Proficiency with Microsoft-based organization tools, including OneDrive and SharePoint • Mac and PC experience • HTML/CSS for basic customization of web assets • Foleon or other digital publication platforms
