Sr. Marketing Specialist - Graphic Design

Serving as a hands-on marketing and design leader, the Sr. Marketing Specialist partners cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, investor relations, and internal teams to produce polished, consistent, and strategically aligned brand assets. From website and social media content to executive presentations, event displays, and internal communications, this role shapes how our technology, culture, and vision are understood and experienced. Perform photo editing and retouching.Assist with video direction and visual framing.Create video graphics, overlays, and supporting visual elements.Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, needed, or required for the business. Education, Experience and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphics Design or Visual Communications3–5 years of professional marketing experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design expertiseExperience creating and maintaining branded PowerPoint and Word templatesProven experience developing and executing social media campaigns, with demonstrated success in growing engagement and driving brand awarenessExperience in technology, industrial, or energy-related industries preferredUI/UX or product interface design experience preferredMotion graphics experience preferredExperience with large-format and event design preferredFamiliarity with investor or executive communications preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchyTech-savvy with the ability to leverage emerging technology tools (including AI)Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversightStrong attention to detail and brand consistency
