We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to support the creation of high-quality video content for our aviation operations, marketing, training, and corporate communications. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, visual content, and understands the full video production process across ideation, animation and editing to produce compelling motion graphics footage to support Archer's marketing initiatives, brand content, and online platforms. In addition to supporting video production, rapid-response static graphic design work will account for a portion of responsibilities of this role as well. 7+ years of experience in motion design and graphic design, ideally in brand or marketing.Confident animating type and graphics for short-form and campaign work.Expert command of typography, layout, color, and visual systems.Proven ability to concept at a high level and execute with precision.Strong demo reel and portfolio showing brand systems, marketing campaigns, motion graphics, and video work.Ability to take direction and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.Power user proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D tools a plus).
