To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Package Design from two-year or four-year college or university is preferred; or at least three to five years related and documented experience and/or training in a related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
