Required Skills • 7+ years of experience in presentation design, with a focus on executive or senior leadership support • Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (no Figma, Keynote, or Google Slides) • Proven experience designing presentations for C-suite or EVP/SVP audiences • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to develop and structure compelling narratives • Excellent visual design instincts, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Experience working confidently with senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback diplomatically • High level of creativity and data visualization capabilities to simplify complex content Nice To Have Skills • Background in marketing, strategy, consulting, or corporate communications • Demonstrated experience as a trusted creative partner supporting leadership teams • A portfolio showcasing original conceptual work, storytelling, and executive-level presentation design • Ability to operate independently, make thoughtful design choices with minimal direction
