Sr. Retail Designer - FTE Remote

This is a direct hire opportunity that is fully remote. Preferred candidates are located in MDT or PST time zones. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help define and shape the future of the brand through our retail channels and physical brand expressions. As the Senior Graphic designer for retail, you will work with our team of designers and agency partners to strategize, concept, and create retail campaigns and creative strategies for new product launches, brand campaigns, and other initiatives. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Partner and collaborate with internal creative, product, and marketing teams to define key objectives and develop innovative creative executions that meet them Conceptualize, develop, and produce exceptional design for retail environments including signage, fixtures, and other physical expressions of the brand Help innovate new opportunities and improvements to improve the consumer experience Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3–5 years of experience implementing integrated campaigns, brand guidelines and best practices in a retail environment Proven experience in creating a consistent and comprehensive brand expression across multiple retail channels Design Ability to clearly articulate sound-judgement in decision-making; creative and design Strong typographic and layout ability Strong attention to detail Deep knowledge of the latest design trends Ability to execute multiple projects from concept through completion Proficient in Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign A practitioner of human centered design Continue to optimize, streamline, and evolve the retail development design process Team Culture: Effective communication, collaboration, mentoring, and project management skills Solution oriented team player Embraces learning, creativity, and innovation Empowers and develops individuals and partners Treats all individuals in a respectful and consistent manner Bonus: Knowledge of DIY (Do it yourself) and craft industry Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software (SketchUp and/or Cinema 4D) Drawing/sketching ability to communicate concepts Send your portfolio today!
