The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design, be adept at multitasking, and have a solid understanding of retail industry.Responsibilities:• Design visually engaging assets for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, prioritizing storytelling, brand consistency, and audience engagement• Work in tandem with social media and marketing teams to ensure alignment of designs with campaign objectives, seasonal trends, and brand voice across different platforms• Create digital assets specifically for retail environments, including website landing pages, product pages, digital banners, email campaigns, and online ads to provide a seamless customer experience• Uphold a comprehensive understanding of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all contact points, from social media to digital retail environments• Utilize understanding of e-commerce and retail best practices to design visuals that promote engagement and sales, considering the customer journey and using design to enhance conversion rates• Keep abreast of design trends, particularly in the digital and retail sectors, and incorporate them into new designs to ensure content remains fresh and innovative• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, copywriting, photography, and development to ensure smooth implementation of designs and provide mentorship to entry level designers• Regularly evaluate and iterate on content performance using analytics tools, making adjustments to designs to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI• Manage multiple projects and timelines, maintaining the quality and integrity of designs while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environments
