Key Responsibilities Set and maintain craft standards for the brand across various platforms Lead high-visibility brand design projects from inception to delivery Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand representation Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of brand design experience in high-craft environments Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, and composition Experience operating at a staff level with the ability to influence team output A clear aesthetic point of view developed through years of practice
