Staff Designer

A company is looking for a Staff Designer (Remote). Key Responsibilities : Plan and facilitate collaboration across disciplines and stakeholders, synthesizing inputs into cohesive approaches Support design processes and mentor team members while providing constructive feedback Lead design projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and user needs Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience in design Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design decisions Proficient in design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for user needs Knowledge of human-centered design processes and accessibility standards
