You will Help evolve our design system from primarily Figma-driven to increasingly code-first and AI-native.Define the rules, specs, prompts, tokens, UX/UI patterns, and constraints AI agents need to use the system correctly.Design components for both human and AI use, making intended behavior and constraints explicit.Test AI-generated experiences against UX/UI, brand, accessibility, and design system standards.Turn successful AI-assisted design and development workflows into repeatable practices for the team. 5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web marketing experiences, with significant experience building or evolving design systems.A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, visual design craft, and design system work.Hands-on experience using AI in your design process.
