Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.8 or more years of experience in visual, product, UX, or interface design for web and or mobile platforms.Demonstrated expertise in typography, layout, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.Proven ability to produce polished, high‑fidelity design explorations and interface artifacts.Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and industry‑standard visual design workflows.Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross‑functional, distributed environment. The expected base compensation for this role is: ($188,200-288,500).
