Join us and be part of a legacy brand known for innovation, quality, and sustainability.What You’ll Do (Future Roles May Include)Develop and apply brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across print, digital, experiential, and social platforms.Create high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, internal presentations, employer branding, and people experience initiatives.Contribute to design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time, brand-right results.Translate brand objectives into visually compelling concepts that elevate Stanley’s presence internally and externally.Brainstorm and partner with creative teams, marketing, and communications stakeholders to deliver innovative ideas and best-in-class visual storytelling.Manage and organize design assets, templates, and vendor coordination for flawless production.Who You AreA creative problem-solver with 3–5+ years of professional experience in brand, visual, or graphic design (corporate or agency).Skilled at branding, identity design, visual design, print, experiential, and digital design.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with CMS, ESP, or DAM tools is a plus.Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and color theory with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to present concepts effectively and adapt to feedback.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.Holds a degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Art, or Graphic Design, or equivalent direct work experience.Online portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality finished work and in-process examples.Submit your resume and portfolio link (with password if applicable) to join our Visual & Brand Design talent pool.Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
