Job Title: Senior Motion Graphics Designer As a key member of our Design Department, you will be responsible for creating high-end motion graphics for various multimedia projects and campaigns. Responsibilities: • Design and produce engaging motion graphics for web, digital, broadcast, virtual, and live events • Analyze scripts or creative treatments and visualize artistic executions that incorporate animated graphics and/or video elements • Develop and produce storyboards, graphics, and animations for use on websites, in multimedia presentations, and at conferences and live events • Collaborate with project teams and clients to offer creative insights and develop effective solutions • Leverage expertise to challenge internal teams and create visually engaging solutions that exceed client expectations • Promote video engagement principles across the agency and provide best-practices for mobile, social, and web • Serve as an in-house expert and lead creator for video and motion graphics projects Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in video/motion graphics design • Expert understanding of motion best practices and design principles • Understanding of animation concepts like easing, layering, keyframes, transitions, and more • Proficient knowledge of design and video software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc.) • Self-starter, independent thinker, highly responsible • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
