None of the founding members are currently getting paid and we are looking for candidates who can first donate their time to help us provide emergency tiny homes for our unhoused neighbors. Proficient with social media content tools Strong English written communication skills Video editing experience would be a bonus Developing a plan for the implementation of aircrete and sustainable building as vocational training and employment for unhoused populations. Tasks: Scheduling meetings between the group Working with the build director to locate and schedule volunteers for supplies, construction, transportation, and meals on build days Recording of meeting minutes Organize program documents using Google drive Keeping the team on-schedule for project goals with regular updates and reminders; and miscellaneous action items that are shared among the group. Help us build a budget for the year See how we could pay unhoused folks to build homes for one another Balance donations with expenses Help to research which organizations are getting grants Find out how to best run our small fundraisers Assist the team in cutting costs Assist the team in seeking out potential donors Help us work on proposals to urge local governments to match our funds we’ve fundraised
