From social media content to marketing campaigns, you’ll collaborate with teams to ensure that all visuals align with our brand’s voice and message. This role requires a sharp eye for design, creativity, and a strong understanding of fitness-related content.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visually striking assets for social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.Design visuals for marketing campaigns, in-app promotions, and branding materials.Work alongside the social team to develop concepts that align with STNDRD’s brand identity and support marketing goals.Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to produce cohesive visual campaigns.Develop template-based designs to streamline content production.Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for various platforms (social media, email, web, print).Work closely with the Creative Director to refine and implement the brand’s visual language.Potential to assist with posting across platforms as we continue to optimize content for different audiences.About You2-4 years of experience in graphic design and visual asset creation, ideally within fitness, lifestyle, or related industries.Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory with the ability to create on-brand assets.Experience creating assets for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring they are engaging and optimized for each platform.Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for fitness and the ability to translate that passion into visually compelling designs.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.Why STNDRD?Join us at STNDRD and be part of a growing, world-class team setting new standards for fitness.
