The UPS Store of Germantown is looking for an experienced, motivated, reliable associate for a position with approximately 25-30 hours of work per week, closing availability every day. • Have 2 years prior customer service experience in a retail environment. Have ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone. • Have manual hand dexterity to operate computers, copiers and office machines; to complete customer paperwork; and to use hand tools such as box cutters and tape guns essential to the job performance. Other duties may be assigned.
