Store Associate and Printer/Graphics Designer

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Store Associate and Printer/Graphics Designer. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting products, operate printing and graphic design equipment. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend retail expertise, digital design skills and print production in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice on printing services, signage, and graphic design options
Operate printing equipment such as large-format printers, digital presses, and sign manufacturing tools to produce high-quality visual materials
Design logos, marketing collateral, signage, and digital graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft and Corel Products
Collaborate with team members on layout design, presentation materials and production design projects
Maintain a clean and organized workspace; ensure all printing equipment is properly calibrated and functioning efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and translating them into compelling visual solutions

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or related creative fields with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, motion graphics, illustration, or print advertising work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar prototyping tools is a plus
Ability to operate production printers and large-format printers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current on industry trends
