Lead the Graphics team in partnership with the Marketing Director to ensure the quality and consistency of brand-right communications. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate the design and contribute to the execution of visual installations, new store development and existing store renovations, as well as select wholesale customer merchandising and shop-in-shop projects. Internal stakeholders include Brand Directors, Retail Merchandising Director and team, Marketing Director and team, Store Operations Director and team. • The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure on time delivery and adherence to budgets • Vendor and Project Support: Assist in managing vendor partnerships to ensure the timely execution of visual merchandising projects • Supporting seasonal window installations (props, printed materials) • Coordinating shipping, logistics, and deliveries for stores • Providing clear and concise communication with cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Coordinating with estimating and construction teams on budget considerations and value engineering efforts • Reviewing construction documents, shop drawings and landlord documentation • Demonstrated ability to communicate design vision in visual, written, and verbal formats • The ability to work effectively in a fast paced, ambiguous environment • Solutions focused, proactive and flexible attitude; willingness to take an “all hands-on deck” approach The Company reserves the right to revise the job description on the basis of the needs of the business.
