Description: The Store Manager supervises and leads a small full and part-time staff and manages all day to day operations as they work through graphic design and related print projects. Here, a strong leader is highly encouraged, appreciated and respected. The President is available to provide help at all levels, from working the front counter to mid-term planning and decision making. The manager will increasingly have a role in goal setting as their experience increases and trust is built with the company President. Additional days to work from home are also available when the company goals are being met.
