Common Deer is on the hunt for additional team members to join our team! Delivering top notch customer service for in-store customers Answering customer questions by phone and email Maintaining order and cleanliness of storefront Restocking product from backstock Communicating with store management and owners regularly Providing feedback on product performance Completing additional tasks as assigned *must be available to work 1 weekend shift per week * Team members work a set schedule each week (unless filling in for vacation time of other employees) and are given the # of hours requested at time of hire each week. Ideal candidates are interested in 20+ hours per week, but we will consider employees interested in 10 - 20 hours as well. We're also looking for assistant manager and manager level candidates who are interested in more responsibility. This includes: Online Order Fulfillment, Receiving Product and Warehouse management, Merchandising / Store displays / Windows Product Cycle Review Graphic Design *ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE INTERESTED IN WORKING THE SALES FLOOR* but additional roles are provided to all candidates that are interested in assistant manager or manager level status.
