Create content that immediately grabs the attention of digital media audiences.Design original projects that meet client specifications and promote a positive image for the department.Deliver content that uniquely and creatively engages audiences to drive ticket sales and event attendance, resulting in increased Revenue Generation / Ticket Sales, Fan Experience, Social Media / Broadcasting, Brand Awareness, Innovation / Creativity, Student-Athlete Experience, Community Outreach, and Attendance.Foster collaborative relationships with campus stakeholders: Athletics Communications, Athletics Marketing, Athletics Corporate Partners and Community Outreach, Athletics Development and Wolverine Club, University Marketing, University Communications, University Photography Services, University Creative Services, etc.Provide support at designated game days/events, including pre-game, in-game, and post-game activities and setup/takedown.Continuously assess marketing strategies and apply industry practices for Revenue Generation / Ticket Sales, Fan Experience, Innovation / Creativity, Student-Athlete Experience, Community Outreach, and Attendance.Create executive reports that outline campaign and program objectives, audiences, targets, and tactics, including end-of-campaign and end-of-year actuals against targets.Inspect projects and suggest approvements, where appropriate, while adhering to UVU graphic standards and avoiding copyright infringement.Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva (knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom preferred).Good interpersonal skills, judgment, and diplomacy are required to interact effectively with and provide customer service to a broad audience.Ability to work independently and effectively in a collaborative team environment.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Practical time management skills.Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
