Job Responsibilities Graphic Design: Assist in creating high-quality visual content for various mediums, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, digital signage, and web assets.Brand Development: Help ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to Seminole Dining’s visual identity guidelines.Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Media Coordinator to design marketing materials that support campus campaigns, events, and promotions.Content Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design concepts and strategies to engage the student body.Production Assistance: Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.Photography and Editing: Assist in editing and curating images for marketing collateral, as needed.Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain a digital library of creative assets, including templates, images, and design elements. Qualifications Enrollment: Must be a current student, preferably in a field related to graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or communications.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Creativity: A portfolio showcasing original design work (can include academic, personal, or professional projects).
