Studio (Graphic) Artist Inern

The Studio (Graphic) Artist Intern will support the Studio Department by partnering with Studio Artists and Art Directors to execute a wide range of print and digital production work. This role offers hands-on experience seeing projects through from comp to final execution, providing valuable exposure to real-world client work and portfolio-building opportunities across a diverse set of brands.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They are receptive to feedback, able to apply it effectively to their work, and eager to learn. A basic understanding of print pre-press, along with knowledge of motion design, UI design, and front-end web design, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Studio Artists and Art Directors in finalizing print and digital materials
Collaborate and communicate with Studio Artists, Art Directors, and cross-functional partners
Create clean, consistent files from comp through final artwork
Retouch and manipulate imagery
Use design software across a variety of media
Meet tight deadlines across multiple clients
Apply change-order edits after creative reviews
Assemble presentation materials as needed

Qualifications

Recent graduate, or soon to be graduate from a Graphic Design program or similar field
Experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, AfterEffects, etc.), bonus to have experience in Figma
Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic and web design fundamentals
Working knowledge of generative AI
Organized, with a strong eye for detail
Openness to feedback and direction
Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
