Studio Manager and Graphic Designer

As our studio continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Studio Manager and Graphic Designer to support both the administrative and creative sides of the business while helping maintain the elevated experience Ledgewood is known for. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Harvest, Alabama, working closely with Frances (owner and creative director) and our small team. Production and Studio Operations • Assist with assembly and order preparation when needed • Support final quality checks before orders go to clients or ship • Oversee project readiness for print, production, and shipping • Support studio organization, storage systems, and workflow improvements • Sweep, clean, and help maintain organization of the studio and office spaces • Take out trash and recycling as part of maintaining a functional studio environment • Take initiative to improve systems, templates, and file usability when opportunities are identified • Run errands for orders, events, and office • Miscellaneous office and studio support Technology and Equipment Support • Assist with managing and troubleshooting studio technology including printers, computers, phones, iPads, and in-house production equipment • Help coordinate printer communication and file troubleshooting when needed • Support internal tech organization and setup across studio systems Someone who: • Loves both design work and organization • Enjoys the backend operations of a creative business • Finds satisfaction in systems, workflows, and efficiency • Enjoys supporting a creative business owner and small team • Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment • Takes ownership of projects and follows through fully • Loves weddings, creativity, and beautiful details • Is looking for a long-term role with a growing small business
